Exide’s existing sites to pick up Frisco output

NEW YORK Exide Technologies has confirmed that its four remaining lead recycling facilities will pick up the production that would have come from its Frisco, Texas, plant, which is set to be shut down by the end of this year.
There are no plans to replace the Frisco site, which recycled nearly 6 million batteries in 2011, Exide vice president of communications Susan Jaramillo told AMM.....
