PITTSBURGH A Missouri recycler has been accused of buying large quantities of stolen rail scrap and writing checks directly to the seller, a violation of state law, according to court documents.
St. Joseph-based Midwest Scrap Management Inc. has been added as a defendantalong with Charles Mader, Black Boot Properties LLC and Maders Razorback Rail Services Inc.in a lawsuit filed by Kansas City Terminal Railway Co. (KCT) in Jackson County, Mo., circuit court.....
