PITTSBURGH Upstate Shredding LLC-Ben Weitsman & Son Inc. plans to install a $6-million, high-production wire-chopping facility at its Owego, N.Y., facility thats capable of processing 200 tons per day.
The Owego-based metals recycler hopes to capitalize on selling prices for higher-value metals with the new investment, which will create 10 jobs and is expected to be operational by December.....
