NEW YORK The World Trade Organization (WTO) is set to release a panel report Friday that will favor the United States concerning exports of grain-oriented electrical steel to China, according to a source familiar with the matter.
The report is in response to an appeal filed in 2010 by the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) over Chinas decision to impose dumping duties of 7.8 to 64.8 percent and subsidy duties of 11.7 to 44.6 percent against U.S. product (AMM, Sept. 17, 2010).....
