India’s government-owned Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL) is in talks about forming a joint venture with Saudi Arabia’s Rajhi Steel, in a bid to tap the steel markets in the Middle East.
The joint venture involves the setting up of a gas-based steel plant in Saudi Arabia.
