NEW YORK USA Metal Recycling LLC is pushing ahead with a $2-million upgrade at its Joplin, Mo., site after receiving a permit to continue operating the facility, and also will add a second shredder to its network of operations.
The city of Joplin approved a one-year special use permit for the scrapyard after the company agreed to several covenants, city council member Morris Glaze told AMM.....
