PITTSBURGH — A Canadian industrial scrap processor and trader is suing PSC Metals Inc. for more than $100,000 for allegedly not fulfilling orders and shipping material that didn’t meet specifications.
Pickering, Ontario-based 1795906 Ontario Inc., doing business as GTA Industrial Metals, filed the breach of contract lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Ohio.....
