NEW YORK — Potential buyers have been touring RG Steel LLC’s assets, including its Sparrows Point, Md., steelmaking complex, a source familiar with the matter told AMM.
No stalking-horse bidder has yet emerged for the struggling steelmaker’s assets, although potential buyers have been touring all of the company’s facilities, the source said. Last week, a federal judge in Delaware....
