CHICAGO — A lawsuit filed against steel distributor Esmark Inc. and chairman and chief executive officer James P. Bouchard by investors in former Esmark contractor Chicago Logistics LLC has been dismissed, as has Esmark’s countersuit.
The terms of the settlement between the two sides, which filed their lawsuits last year, are confidential, an Esmark spokesman said.....
