SÃO PAULO, Brazil ArcelorMittal SA will decide within two months whether it will resume a $1.2-billion expansion at its Monlevade long products steel plant in Brazils Minas Gerais state, according to Jefferson de Paula, chief executive officer of the steelmakers Long Carbon Americas division.....
