Wise files 'poaching' suit vs. former managers

NEW YORK — Wise Recycling LLC has filed a lawsuit against three former managers and Source Recycling LLC alleging that they violated Wise’s intellectual property rights and attempted to "poach" its employees in setting up the competitor company.
The lawsuit filed Friday in Johnston County (N.C.) Superior Court claims that Gary Taylor, John Stewart and Jody Standley, all former managers at Wise, "used proprietary and confidential information to divert business and customers to their new venture while still employed by Wise."....
