NEW YORK Following two public hearings in Puerto Rico, Hugo Neu Corp. is on track to return to the ferrous scrap industry, AMM understands.
The New York-based company is looking to build a state-of-the-art metals recycling facility that will process about 25,000 tons of ferrous scrap per month, executive vice president Wendy Neu told a small industry gathering.....
