NEW YORK — R2 Solutions has reinstated embattled e-cycler Intercon Solutions Inc. as a certified recycler, AMM understands.
R2 Solutions—Responsible Recycling (R2) Practices’ electronic recycling certification program—made the announcement Monday, just days after Chicago Heights, Ill.-based Intercon filed a lawsuit against environmental advocacy group Basel Action Network (BAN) alleging defamation (AMM, July 2).....
