TORONTO Shilling Pipe & Steel Inc. has filed for bankruptcy protection, with some steel pipe and tube companies among its largest unsecured creditors, according to court documents.
On Monday, the Elm Mott, Texas-based company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, according to court documents filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in western Texas and signed by company president Tommy D. Shilling.....
