PITTSBURGH Norfolk, Neb., is abuzz with activity as three metal recyclers work to enter the local market or increase their presence there.
St. Louis-based Alter Trading Corp. saw its plans for a shredder advance this week when the Norfolk Planning Commission recommended that the recycler receive a conditional-use permit to install the equipment. The matter will now go to the city council.....
