SHANGHAI, China — Chinese steel mills have cut their H-beam export prices for September shipment due to lower export transactions and further declines in domestic prices.
Export prices for boron-containing small and medium-sized H-beams are at $590 per tonne f.o.b., down from $590 to $600 per tonne f.o.b. for August delivery, steel mills said.....
