Bolivia given iron ore project ultimatum

SÃO PAULO, Brazil The Bolivian government had until Monday to send an official reply to Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. resolving issues raised by the Indian company about the El Mutún iron ore and steel project.
If it failed to do so, Jindal is likely to announce the termination of the $2.1-billion contract it had signed with the Latin American country in 2007, a source from the company told AMM sister publication Metal Bulletin.....
