NEW YORK — Aleris International Inc. has created a new division called commercial and defense plate to better serve its aerospace, automotive and heat exchange customers, the Cleveland-based company said.
Stephen Stone, former senior vice president and general manager of rolled products, North America, has been named vice president of the new division, while Kelly Thomas, former vice president and treasurer, succeeds Stone as vice....
