NEW YORK U.S. Zinc Corp. will increase its zinc oxide production by 17,000 tonnes per year due to an anticipated rise in demand, largely from the tire industry, a company executive said.
The Houston-based company, a subsidiary of Brazils Votorantim Metais Ltda., will expand capacity and use of secondary raw materials at its two zinc oxide plants in Tennessee.....
