NEW YORK — The Senate Finance Committee approved a bill Wednesday that would enhance enforcement of dumping and subsidy duty orders on imported materials.

The Enforcing Orders and Reducing Customs Evasion (Enforce) Act—introduced in May 2011 by Sens. Ron Wyden (D., Ore.) and Olympia Snowe (R., Maine)—aims to strengthen U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s enforcement of anti-dumping and countervailing....
