PITTSBURGH — A Florida-based recycler has been issued a conditional-use permit to open a scrap metal facility on the Gulf Coast in Mississippi.
Prime Realty Capital LLC has been working with Harrison County, Miss., to open a scrapyard on 2.2 acres in the city of Long Beach that is already zoned for industrial use.....
