NEW YORK — President Obama has put seven infrastructure projects on the fast track to help modernize and expand five major East Coast ports.
The seven projects—which include the ports of Jacksonville, Fla.; Miami; Savannah, Ga.; New York and New Jersey; and Charleston, S.C.—are the first of 43 that will be expedited by executive order in the coming weeks.....
