NEW YORK The U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) has sustained a Commerce Department decision concerning the final results in an administrative review of anti-dumping duty orders on ball bearings and parts thereof.
Plaintiff SKF USA Inc., as well as its counterparts in France, Germany and Italy, first contested the original 2007 decision by Commerces International Trade Administration (ITA) during the 17th administrative review on products from France, Germany, Italy,....
