Chinese exports of refined copper slide 65.3% in June

SHANGHAI, China Chinas refined copper exports fell 65.3 percent in June as Chinese smelters halted deliveries after London Metal Exchange copper prices declined.
Refined copper exports hit 35,477 tonnes last month, down from a record 102,374 tonnes in May, when Chinese smelters pledged to export in order to unwind short positions on the LME, according to Chinese customs figures.....
