NEW YORK — Texas distributor MM Steel LP maintains that a number of large steel mills and distributors are engaged in a group boycott, driving the company out of business.
In a 54-page response filed in U.S. District Court in southern Texas, the Fulshear-based distributor said that counterclaims by the mills and distributors have no merit.....
