TORONTO — JSW Steel Ltd. saw its plate and pipe mill operations in the United States slip back into the red in the company’s fiscal first quarter.
The Mumbai, India-based steelmaker said its JSW Steel USA Inc. operations in Baytown, Texas, lost nearly $8.2 million after taxes.....
