NEW YORK — John D. Foster, president and chief executive officer of the North American division of trader Coutinho & Ferrostaal Inc., has resigned, a source familiar with the matter has confirmed.
"It’s quite significant," the source said. "He’s pursuing other interests and going into business himself."....
