LOS ANGELES — Former president and chief executive officer of Houston-based trader Coutinho & Ferrostaal Inc.’s North American division John D. Foster will become president of Kurt Orban Partners LLC (KOP) Aug. 1.
KOP confirmed industry reports that Foster was joining the Burlingame, Calif., specialty steel trading organization (amm.com, July 30). Foster resigned from Coutinho & Ferrostaal Inc.’s North American division last week.....
