Mill services provider sees softening ahead as net falls

PITTSBURGH Mill services provider Harsco Corp. has warned that its metals and minerals segment will be hit in the near term by a slowdown in steel production, as it posted lower net income and revenue in the second quarter.
The steel market has been exhibiting softness, Camp Hill, Pa.-based Harsco said, noting that customers second-quarter steel output rates fell 7 percent year on year.....
