PITTSBURGH Washington recycler Faber & Sons Recycling LLC is facing allegations of polluting state waters and not keeping records in violation of the federal Clean Water Act, according to a lawsuit filed by Waste Action Project.
The nonprofit group filed the complaint against Faber & Sons Recycling in U.S. District Court in Tacoma, alleging copper, zinc, turbidity, oil and grease, and other petroleum products are running from the recyclers Elma scrapyard into local waters.....
