NEW YORK — A number of internal and organizational changes have been made at steel trading house Coutinho & Ferrostaal Inc. (CFI) and its parent, Coutinho & Ferrostaal GmbH, effective Aug. 1.
Hernan Guajardo, who was previously with Grupo Villacero SA de CV in Houston, will take over as president and chief executive officer of CFI, according to the company. Villacero completed its acquisition of the trading house in March (amm.com, March 9). ....
