PITTSBURGH — An employee at a Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc. auto recycling business has been arrested as part of a grand theft investigation.
William E. Smith, 43, an employee at Pick-n-Pull in Panama City, Fla., was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with scheming to defraud and grand theft of more than $40,000.....
