RCC says Russia will export copper cathode duty-free

LONDON Russian copper producers will export cathode duty-free starting in 2015 as a result of the countrys entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO), Russian Copper Co. (RCC) told AMM sister publication Metal Bulletin.
WTO membership requires Russia to cancel its 10-percent export tax on copper cathode, which was introduced in 2010. ....
