NEW YORK — Esmark Steel Group LLC is awaiting final approval of its $5.15-million winning bid for RG Steel LLC’s Yorkville, Ohio, cold-rolling facility.
A spokesman for Chicago-based Esmark confirmed the bid amount Monday but declined to comment further. The value was revealed in court documents filed Friday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.....
