Expansion plans delayed again at SA Recycling

NEW YORK — A much-delayed SA Recycling LLC expansion has suffered yet another setback after California officials again postponed a meeting to discuss the proposal.

Orange, Calif.-based SA Recycling has made several attempts to gain permits for certain structures and to double the operational space at its site in Colton, Calif. SA Recycling said in its application it would like to build a 10,000-square-foot warehouse and expand the 3.63-acre site to approximately 8 acres.....
