CHICAGO — Custom Steel Processing Inc. is looking to diversify its customer base and processing capabilities through its purchase this week of U.S. Metals & Supply Inc.
Madison, Ill.-based Custom Steel, which bought the company from an affiliate of Los Angeles-based private equity firm Aurora Capital Group, said the buy marks a logical addition to its existing operations. ....
