NEW YORK — The owner of Monaca, Pa.-based C.J. Betters Enterprises LLC said his company will have nine months to determine whether it’s feasible to operate RG Steel LLC’s facility in Warren, Ohio, should his bid be approved by a federal bankruptcy judge in Delaware.
"We’ve got the nine months to go back, meet with the state, the unions, the customer base, the supply chain (and) analyze, bring in the expertise to understand capital requirements and then go seek out the talent necessary to—God willing—figure out a way to restart this thing," Chuck Betters told....
