PITTSBURGH — Lakeside Non-Ferrous Metals Inc. is the latest target of environmental groups that have filed dozens of federal Clean Water Act lawsuits in California over the past two years.
San Francisco Baykeeper is suing the recycler in U.S. District Court in California for allegedly discharging contaminated water into local waterways from its two Oakland facilities.....
