SAN DIEGO The Bureau of International Recycling (BIR) has deployed a global anti-crime body to help thwart fraud and container thefts in scrap export trade.
The trade association subscribed to the services of the London-based International Maritime Bureau (IMB) for a trial period in an effort to reduce losses from container shipments for its members, it said.....
