NEW YORK Franklin Non-Ferrous Foundry Inc. is facing up to $185,900 in proposed fines after being cited by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for alleged lead exposure violations.
The Franklin, N.H.-based foundry has been cited for four alleged willful and serious violations of health and safety standards following an inspection by OSHAs office in Concord, N.H. The inspection was opened in January to verify that....
