PITTSBURGH — The owner of a San Antonio recycling business has been arrested for allegedly stealing metal from a county fire station.
Larry Wahrmund, 43, owner of Bubba’s Recycling & Salvage, is accused of stealing scrap from the fire station in South Bexar, Texas, according to a spokesman at the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.....
