PITTSBURGH — Recycler Behr Iron & Metal Co. has been given approval to open a facility in Rochelle, Ill.
The Rochelle City Council has issued the Rockford, Ill.-based company a conditional-use permit to open an indoor drop-off, outdoor metal and automobile recycling operation at a former concrete plant.....
