CHICAGO Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP has reluctantly agreed to divest portions of its natural gas transmission and processing assets.
The Houston-based energy company said Monday it had agreed to sell Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission LLC, Trailblazer Pipeline Co. LLC and its 50-percent stake in Rockies Express Pipeline....
