NEW YORK Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co. Ltd. has raised its scrap purchase prices for the second time in less than a week.
Just days after increasing purchase prices by 1,500 to 2,000 yen ($19 to $25) per tonne, the bellwether of East Asian scrap pricing lifted....
