NEW YORK — Aluminum deox producers said they expect spot prices to be largely sideways in September, even as steel mills try to push for prices as much as 3 cents per pound lower than July and August levels.
Deox producers told AMM that September prices appeared unlikely to move from a range of 95 to 97 cents per pound. ....
