NEW YORK Stateline Recycling Inc., Janesville, Wis., is being sued by K.B. Sharpening LLC for allegedly purchasing stolen carbide.
K.B. Sharpening filed a complaint in Rock County Circuit Court alleging that Stateline purchased 874 pounds of carbide valued at about $70,600 from a former K.B. employee, Ryan Roherty, knowing that the material was stolen. The....
