Norfolk Southern files suit vs. Skyline Steel

CHICAGO Norfolk Southern Railway Co. has filed a lawsuit in federal court alleging that Skyline Steel LLC has not paid more than $700,000 in freight charges.
The Norfolk, Va.-based rail company said it delivered 52 freight shipments to Parsippany, N.J.-based Skylines manufacturing operation in Iuka, Miss., in the second half of 2011 and billed Skyline at published freight rates. But Skyline paid only part of what Norfolk Southern claimed....
