PITTSBURGH — A Puerto Rico lead-acid battery recycler is facing two lawsuits for allegedly failing to pay a supplier for raw materials and a logistics firm for shipping costs.
Jacksonville, Fla.-based Crowley Puerto Rico Services Inc. is seeking $205,781 from Battery Recycling Co. Inc. of Aceribo, Puerto Rico, according to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Florida.....
