Ga. recycler charged with violating Rico Act

PITTSBURGH The owner of a metals recycling business who is suing the city of Kingsland, Ga., for ordering it to shut down has been arrested for allegedly violating the state Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (Rico) Act.
The Kingsland Police Department and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation executed simultaneous search warrants at J&A & Sons Recycling Inc. and the residence of its owner, Amy Brow.
Brow was arrested at the scrapyard and taken to Camden County Jail on felony Rico Act charges, interstate transportation of stolen property, wire fraud and theft by receiving stolen property.....
