NEW YORK — Molycorp Inc. has started up its Project Phoenix heavy rare earths concentrate facility at its Mountain Pass Mine in California.
The facility will produce heavy rare earths concentrate from freshly mined Mountain Pass ore, which will then be processed into high-purity, custom-engineered heavy rare earths products at Molycorp’s....
